The internet continues to increase in popularity. Instead of reading a newspaper, young consumers are turning to the internet to get their daily news. The older generations are jumping onboard the internet bandwagon to shop, research or socialize. It has become a fixture in the way we do business. Starting as a two year old, I have been using the computer almost daily. I have, in effect, grown up with the personal computer. I was right there alongside it as it evolved. My inquisitive nature led me to a lot of computer related experience on my own through trial and error, such as building my own computers and installing various operating systems. I chose to strengthen these fundamentals by studying Computer Programming in college for the hands-on approach to the 1s and 0s which make computers possible.
